Returns & Refunds

 

We hope you love what you ordered, in case you don't, we'll send you a new size, colour or style, or issue a quick refund. But please bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth is not sustainable, so we encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.

How to return an item

To receive a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery of your goods.

14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products (e.g face masks, underwear) that are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons if the package is opened after delivery.

Return form

If you wish to return or exchange your item, please fill in the return form.

    Without a return form, we are not always able to identify the order, which means that we are also unable to issue a refund.

    Returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached.

    Living in Estonia

    If we delivered the original order to the parcel locker in Estonia, the return is free of charge for you. Please use the return label and if you don't have it anymore, let us know and we will send you the new one.

    Notice: Your return label is valid only 14 days after you received your parcel. When the label expires, you are responsible for the return costs.

    We do not cover the cost of returns for other shipping options, but it is also possible to return or exchange the items in our Studio Store during opening hours.

    Outside Estonia

    We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges outside of Estonia. Your returns need to be paid and sent to:

    Advice: We are not able to provide a refund for items that do not reach our office, so we recommend returning your order in a secured package and tracking it.

    Defective or wrong item?

    Before using the product, please review the care instructions and ensure that the item is used and cared for appropriately. We are not responsible for defects resulting from improper use or incorrect care of the product.

    If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. Contact us at shop@reetaus.com to arrange the return of the product. Please include the following information in your email:

    1. Order number
    2. List of defective or wrong items with size and colour
    3. Description of the defect, when possible add a photo

    All products are covered by a two-year warranty with proof of purchase. Defective items will be repaired free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with an equivalent item.

    A partial or full refund will be issued only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced with an equivalent item.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

    Once approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. You'll be refunded in the same way you chose to pay.
